- Prepare and implement production plan as per supply chain requirement.
- To be aware about the quality standards and responsible to produce quality products.
- Be aware about the spoilage standard and responsible to reduce up to the minimum level.
- Responsible to prepare daily production report.
- Responsible to record the machine stoppages and material waste.
- Responsible to withdrawal materials from store as per production plan.
- Responsible for the stock counts at the end of each period.
- Responsible to implement quality pre-requisite in the department and coordinate with the concerned department in case of any gap.
- Responsible to issue transfer note to FG store.
- Responsible to maintain machines in good condition to avoid production losses.
Qualifications
Knowledge including: education, qualifications and trainingUniversity degree in Manufacturing or Engineering (concentration in Food Industry is preferred).
Good knowledge of manufacturing process
Computer proficiency exposure to SAP environment
Skills
Time Management – Organized and effective
Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
Strong people management and communication skills
Experience
2-3 years in Manufacturing environment (Production, Maintenance, Engineering preferred)
TPM background is an advantage
Experience of managing people and function
