Introduction
You will work on exciting and creative projects of
high-tech health care, research and educational buildings. You will be
provided opportunities to engage with local firms to execute the
projects as per institutional standards and guidelines. This is a multi-year project based position.
Responsibilities
Specifically you will be responsible to:
- Develop the most appropriate method and sequence of construction activities, in conjunction with the Project Manager and allied team, organizes, and coordinates planning activities.
- Make presentations to higher management also able to communicate requirements/project plan with the user and other professionals.
- Manage, direct and monitor progress during each phase of a project.
- Prepare cash flow, charts & histograms on planning projects.
- Verify critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution.
- Monitor progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning by getting input from various project team.
- Accumulate, collect and analyse data and information required for developing monthly / weekly progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Engineering (Civil).
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years' of related experience.
- Knowledge of computer software programs such as MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management tools and techniques.
- Be able to read construction drawings.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills including working with cross functional teams for acquisition of data.
