The Aga Khan University Hospital invites applications for the position of Receptionist.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- providing administrative services that include handling phone calls & scheduling appointments
- handling cash transactions
- charging services to patient bill
- facilitating patients/relatives/visitors as required
- conveying patient related problems to supervisor
- record keeping and data maintenance
- generating and compiling key performance indicators and reports
- coordinating within service line and with other support departments/ other Service lines for patient related and unit related matters
Requirements
You should have:
- a Bachelor’s degree with experience of working at front office
- good written and verbal communication skills, both English and Urdu
- ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
- basic computer knowledge and its application
- willingness to work in shift duties
- neat and well-groomed appearance
- ability to remain tactful, patient and calm in stressful situations
